RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND SHIPPING.
Our policy lasts 28 days.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned to us more than 28 days after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be given to charity.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for that item.
To complete your return we require a receipt/proof of purchase, and this will need to be enclosed with the item you are returning.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
With regards to gifts, if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order and goods shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return. Gift Cards themselves are non-refundable.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)-
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Any item returned to us not in its original item packaging or condition which has been worn or used and is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our own error, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) -
If you haven’t received a refund in 10 days after we have approved a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) -
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, then send an email to email@example.com to make us aware of this situation immediately.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items are shipped from different locations in Europe and the USA.
Return your items to the address printed on the outside packaging of your delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, we do not compensate you for that cost.
The shipping cost you paid when you purchased your items is non refundable, so should you receive a refund for the item you purchased, the cost you paid for shipping your item to you initially, will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note with regards to our returns and refunds policy that we cannot make any exceptions for customers due to their own personnal reasons or individual circumstances.
Our terms and conditions must remain the same for everyone so as to adhere to fair practice, and as such they cannot be changed for any customer regardless of their own situation.
